Pardieck Aviation offers a 5% discount to rental customers who purchase a $1000 "block" of time. If you give us $1000 in advance, we will kick in an additional $50, so that your account will start out with $1050 in it. And, unlike most other FBO's, you can also charge flight instruction and pilot supplies (but not fuel) to your "block time". This means that "block time" customers get a 5% discount on essentially everything they buy. If for any reason you want the remainder of your block account returned we will give it back immediately (less the discount part) without question.

Both of these aircraft are in essentially like-new condition. They are the best you will find in any rental fleet. The leading edges and windshields are cleaned after every flight. Both planes are washed and waxed regularly. When our customers are seen out and about in our planes most people think they are personally owned, not rented. 

These planes live in a heated hangar. That means pre-flight inspection in the winter months is done in relative comfort. And in the summer you pre-flight in the shade. Established customers may rent the planes at night and keep them for extended periods of time.

All that is required to rent from us is a short checkout to keep our insurance company happy. We don't make a project out of the checkout. And you have to bring your own headsets; they are not furnished with the aircraft. (We sell high-quality headsets at discount prices competitive with the mail-order places.)
